A quick guide on how to register and access your cash back through the TradeHelp Buying Group Network

TradeHelp Buying Group

The TradeHelp Buying Group is free to join and uses the combined buying power of our network to negotiate better purchase terms and special offers from leading manufacturer and merchant partners:

• Cash back on supported products from 15 leading manufacturers
• Discounts and special offers from heating and bathroom merchants
• A free review of your merchant supplier agreements from our experienced purchasing team, ensuring you benefit from the most competitive rates.  (We are currently saving our members an average of 7.8% per year on their spend)

How to join

You can join the TradeHelp Buying Group through your app.  Simply follow the prompts from your home page or go to your Settings in the main menu and select Join Buying Group. There are no costs.

Cash Back

The TradeHelp Network can access you cash back from leading manufacturers on over 130 products including boilers and associated heating products.

Accessing your cash back

Your savings will start from the day you join the TradeHelp Buying Group and cash back can be claimed on purchases from any merchant.

If your purchases are made from our merchant partners, James Hargreaves, City Plumbing Supplies, PTS, Graham or Wolseley then we simply require your account numbers to access your monthly activity and place the claim on your behalf.  If you purchase from any other independent merchant or supplier then we just need proof of purchase to add this to your claim.

Copy invoices can be emailed to us at [email protected] or use the handy Document Upload section in our app to photograph and send us your proof of purchase at the touch of a button.

Receiving your cash back

The claims process takes approximately 2 months and you can expect to receive your first payment approximately 2-3 months after you join.  Following this a monthly payment will be made for any qualifying purchases.

To ensure we can make payment straight to your bank account, please upload you payment details in the Account Setup section of your app which can be found in Settings.
