Terms and Conditions
The Loyalty Benefits scheme available through the Sentinel ServiceBoost portal is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Loyalty Benefits scheme (the ‘Scheme’) is offered at the sole discretion of Sentinel Performance Solutions Ltd (‘Sentinel’) and is solely available through the ServiceBoost Portal (the ‘Portal’) to Sentinel customers who create an account on the Portal.
By creating an account on the Portal and taking part in the Scheme you agree that you have read, understand, and are willing to be bound by, these terms.
The Loyalty Benefits available at time of publication of these terms are a set number of Points (as displayed in the Portal and as amended from time to time) which may be awarded in return for upload to the Portal of proof of purchase for a Sentinel product, purchased by you. No points are available in respect of any purchases prior to 1st October 2021.
Points are valid only until the 31st May following the upload of the relevant Proof of Purchase to the Portal (the ‘Year of Upload’). All Points totals will reset to zero on 1st June of each year. Unused Points will not be carried forward.
Any Points awarded may be exchanged, during the Year of Upload, for merchandise and/or vouchers as displayed on the Portal from time to time, or as substituted by Sentinel (‘Loyalty Prizes’).
Accumulation of Points also entitles you to automatic eligibility for any Annual Prizes (awarded each June in respect of the Points accumulated during the previous Year of Upload, i.e. between the previous 1st June and 31st May), where prizes may be made available for a restricted number of users with the greatest number of Points registered through the Portal in the given time frame, provided they have accrued a minimum of 500 Points during that Year of Upload.
The winners of the Annual Prizes will be the 4 (2 x North, i.e. postcodes LL, CH, CW, SK, S, DN and to the north; 2 x South, i.e. postcodes SY, TF, ST, DE, NG, LN and to the south) Sentinel customers who have uploaded proofs of purchase giving the highest value of Points awarded during the relevant Year of Upload.
TradeHelp, in accordance with the instructions of Sentinel, will identify qualifying products from your proofs of purchase uploaded to the Portal, and will enter them into your Portal. TradeHelp will endeavour to convert proofs to Points in this way within 10 working days of proof of purchase upload, but time shall not be of the essence in this respect.
If your Portal shows an adequate number of Points to exchange for a listed Loyalty Prize, and you wish to exchange the Points for the Loyalty Prize, please contact TradeHelp on 01978 666887 or [email protected] to arrange to do so. TradeHelp will then reduce the Points on your balance and, provided sufficient stock is available, arrange to send out the Loyalty Prize chosen (or any alternative, if the selected Loyalty Prize is unavailable) within 10 working days.
Points and Prizes earned through the Portal have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to Points or Prizes. Points credited to your account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of a purchase is returned or cancelled or if the Points are obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these terms. Points and Prizes are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the Points or Prizes you receive.
The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any Points or Prizes, other than by Sentinel, is expressly prohibited. Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or a monetary refund.
Neither accounts on the Portal nor Points may be shared or combined. Only the Portal user paying for the products may accumulate Points. Sentinel reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per organisation and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time.
Purchases made outside the UK are not eligible for the Scheme.
You may not claim for the same purchase multiple times, nor may two or more people or organisations claim Points in respect of the same purchases. Anyone found to be mis-using the Loyalty Points system will be barred from it.
Sentinel reserve the right to exclude you from participation in the Scheme and to audit your Points account at any time in their sole but reasonable discretion.
If you are excluded from the Scheme or choose to leave it (which you are free to do at any time by contacting TradeHelp), any Points in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Scheme will automatically terminate.
In the event that a Loyalty Prize is lost or damaged in transit, Sentinel and/or TradeHelp may in our reasonable discretion provide one replacement item of the same or similar value. Repeated claims for lost or damaged Loyalty Prizes will not be remedied.

The Loyalty Benefits made available may be withdrawn or modified by Sentinel at any time within their sole discretion and without notice. Sentinel may at any time exclude products from the Scheme and/or amend the Points and/or benefits and Prizes available. Sentinel may at any time, in their sole discretion, exchange Prizes for others of a similar value.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Sentinel may, in their sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these terms and/or the Loyalty Benefits and/or the Scheme or any aspect thereof at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated Points. Changes to the Scheme will be set out in these terms and will be effective on the date the terms are posted to the Portal. Continued participation in the Scheme following posting of updated or modified terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms as so updated and modified.
Other than the matters set out in these terms, neither Sentinel nor TradeHelp make any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in connection with the Scheme or any of the benefits associated with the Scheme, except to the extent that such representations, warranties and conditions are not legally excludable. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Neither Sentinel nor TradeHelp will be responsible, whether in contract or tort, for any interruption to business, economic loss, loss of goodwill or any other special or indirect loss, access delays or interruptions, data loss, theft, mis-delivery, corruption or destruction, computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions, inaccuracies or omissions in content, or events beyond our reasonable control which affect or are connected to your use of the Scheme. We make no representations that defects or errors will be corrected. Without prejudice to the above, the liability of Sentinel and TradeHelp for any matters related to the Scheme will be limited to a maximum aggregate liability of one hundred pounds.
These terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
