A service plan can be cancelled through TradeHelp Office HeatPRO if a customer has already signed up to that plan.\u00a0 Once cancelled that plan can then also be deleted from your records.\u00a0<\/p>

If you have created a plan which was never accepted then this can be deleted at any time.<\/p>

Cancelling a Plan<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Go to\u00a0Plans<\/strong> from the main dashboard<\/li>
  2. Scroll through the plans or use the search bar at the top to find the plan in question<\/li>
  3. Alternatively you can go to the plan via the customer in the\u00a0Customers<\/strong> page from dashboard.\u00a0 Find the customer, select the Details<\/b> link and scroll down to Service Plans\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Select the plan to open the details page<\/li>
  5. \u00a0Select\u00a0Cancel Plan<\/strong>\u00a0in the customer banner<\/li>
  6. Select\u00a0Ok<\/strong>\u00a0in the pop\u00a0to confirm\u00a0when prompted\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
