TradeHelp is an FCA-regulated credit broker. Since 2014, we've been helping customers spread the cost of boiler and bathroom installations with monthly payment options.
Finance is provided by a small panel of FCA-authorised lenders. You'll be able to see example monthly payments before you commit, and decisions are usually returned in minutes.
Availability of credit is subject to application and status. Buying on interest bearing credit does increase the overall cost to you, due to the interest payments required. However, it can be helpful if you are looking to spread the cost over time.

TradeHelp is a trading style of TradeHelp Ltd. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our firm reference number is 697812. We are a credit broker, not a lender, and offer loans from a small panel of carefully selected lenders. We do not offer financial advice and we do not charge you for our credit broking services. We do not receive a commission from any lender. All loans are subject to status.
We also provide a membership network for tradespeople, including heating and bathroom installers, providing them with free software and buying discounts – helping them to operate their businesses more efficiently.
TradeHelp work with approved and accredited heating and bathroom installers, to assist their customers in accessing finance. The installers who can introduce customers to us for finance are set up as our Introducer Appointed Representatives. This means they are not able to provide finance themselves, but they are permitted to introduce you to us. We are responsible for ensuring that they act in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority rules.
Once your installer has provided your quote, we can get in touch at your convenience to discuss your payment options and confirm your details. Following this, you will be either emailed a personalised link for completing your credit application or, if preferred, we can carry out the application over the telephone.
If your application is successful the lender will send out your finance documents for you to read and electronically sign. This process usually takes a matter of minutes.
The lender will notify us on receipt of your completed documents. We will then let your installer know, and they will be in touch to arrange an installation date at your convenience.
Subject to application and status, finance is available over up to 10 years on boiler, heating and bathroom installs.
