1. The Offer

  • Trade Direct members who are new to TradeHelp are eligible for an extended 6-month free trial of TradeHelp PRO software (standard trial period is 30 days and £9.99 + VAT per month thereafter).

2. Eligibility

  • This promotion is available strictly to active Trade Direct customers who are new TradeHelp users.
  • Limit of one promotional trial per company. Duplicate accounts or attempts to redeem the offer multiple times by the same business will be voided.

3. How to Redeem

  1. Register for your free TradeHelp account HERE
  2. Go to My Account and complete your company profile details.
  3. Navigate to the Subscriptions tab and select Try PRO.
  4. You will be directed to Stripe to enter your payment details. Apply the promo code TRADEDIRECT6 at checkout to unlock your 6 months free trial.

4. Payment & Cancellation

  • Valid payment details (credit or debit card) are required to activate the 6-month free trial.
  • No payment will be taken during your 6-month trial period.
  • You will be notified via email before your trial ends to remind you that your paid subscription will begin.
  • Unless cancelled before the end of the 6-month period, your subscription will automatically roll over to £9.99 + VAT per month.
  • There is no commitment or contract. You can cancel your subscription or revert to our free software at any time via your account settings.

5. Your Data & Content

  • If you choose to cancel your PRO subscription and revert to the free TradeHelp software, you will not lose your work. Any content, documents, or data created using PRO features during your trial will remain fully accessible in the free software.

6. General Terms

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, discounts, or special offers.
  • The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
  • TradeHelp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or abuse of the offer.
