Automated Service Reminders
Once saved, your customer will receive immediate confirmation that the reminder has been scheduled. Then 28 days before the service is due a further email will remind them to contact you to arrange an appointment, including all your contact details and a personal message. At the same time you will also be notified to contact the customer and provided with their telephone number and email address.
