How does it work?
Within TradeHelp Office HeatPRO you can personalise your documents and set your own pricing. A plan is created in seconds by selecting the preferred option, including any add-on items such as a Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate or Gas Cooker Safety Check, then choosing a start date. Your customer receives a professional plan via email and a personal, electronic sign-up link. This can be signed instantly and connects directly to an online direct debit mandate. You can then manage each subscription and view the monthly payment through the easy-to-use software.
How do I start?
The service plan software is available in the HeatPRO upgrade of TradeHelp’s new desktop software ‘TradeHelp Office’.
New users can sign up through the link below and current TradeHelp members simply log in using the same credentials for the mobile app. There’s a free trial to explore the software, after which the subscription costs £25+vat per month (no payment details are taken for the trial though, and there is no minimum term and no commitment).
The upgrade also boasts integration with Quickbooks and Xero, remote appointments by video link, an online tool to provide instant quotes and generate leads via your website, and all users can join the free TradeHelp Buying Group and apply to offer customer finance.
