The new and improved loyalty programme from Worcester Bosch is here!
Worcester Bosch have launched VAULT, their new and improved loyalty programme which will provide installers with more rewards and support in the ever-changing HVAC industry.
The new programme has the same well-known loyalty levels, but installers can now level up by fitting a range of multi-technology heating products such as oil or gas boilers, air conditioning units and heat pumps, while also getting access to more exciting benefits and educational assets.

The new benefits on offer include:
- Instant guarantee certificates for boilers
- New and improved Rewards shop items
- Product and business certification badges
- Marketplace Partners and offers
- Ability to spend points from the app
- Ability to extend a guarantee from the app
- Unlock heat pump and hybrid finance options
- Personalised dashboard
Installers will continue to be rewarded for fitting products by earning points when they register their installs through their loyalty account.
They can then convert points to cash on a card, or spend them on workwear, power tools, training and more. Installers even have the option to reinvest their points in marketing and business support.
Speaking about the evolution of the loyalty programme, Sales and Marketing Director at Worcester Bosch, Jo Shepherd said:

Installers are encouraged to log in to the portal or Worcester Bosch Professional app with existing login details to onboard onto the VAULT scheme.
