Is the software free?

The TradeHelp app is free to download and use for members of all trades.
Free use is unlimited and you can create as many customers, quotes, invoices and forms as you wish. Multiple users can also be added at no cost. The app can also be used with TradeHelp Office, our free desktop log in.

How do I download the app?

The app is available to download and use for free from the App Store and Google Play, for all Android and iOS devices.

What is TradeHelp Office?

TradeHelp Office is the new desktop log in to your TradeHelp account. Like the TradeHelp app it is free to use and allows you to manage customers and appointments and view, save and print any documents created in the app. For a fully editable desktop account with additional tools and functionality, members can also upgrade to TradeHelp Office PRO or Office HeatPRO.

What does personalising the app do?

Complete the 'App Setup' in the settings menu to personalise your company documents including quotes, invoices and forms. Selecting your preferred manufacturers and merchants will ensure the quotation tool works best for you when building your quotes. The quotation tool is intuitive and will promote products you use regularly to the top of the selections. The bill of materials will automatically generate to your selections and you can email your tailored purchase order direct to your chosen merchant.

What if I have a problem with the app?

If you experience any bugs or issues with the app you can call us on 01978 666 887 or use the instant chat option to speak to a member of the team. Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the app and that you have a good wifi signal when you first sign up to ensure the initial sync can load properly.

How do I start using the software?

To use the TradeHelp software you simply need to join up to the free TradeHelp Network. You can join through the app, through sign up links from our website or via TradeHelp Office. The process is quick and easy and there is no cost.
